1. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you receive your order.

2. Exceptions for Supplements
Please note: For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements if the packaging seal has been broken after delivery, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
3. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, contact us via email at gaelwellsupplements@gmail.com with your order number. You may also use our model cancellation form, available upon request.
4. Return Process
Once your cancellation is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Items must be returned to:

We recommend returning items in original packaging with adequate protection during transit. Returns should be sent within 14 days of cancellation.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
6. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund any loss in value if the product is not returned in a resalable condition.
7. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made within 14 days using the same payment method as your original purchase.
We will refund the item cost plus standard delivery charges (if applicable).
Additional charges for express delivery are non-refundable.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting details and photographs.
We will offer a replacement, or full refund in accordance with Irish consumer law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
