1. Delivery Locations
We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and selected international destinations. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us for availability.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
• Ireland: 1-3 business days
• EU: 5-10 business days
• UK: 3-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with trusted couriers such as An Post and DPD. You may be offered multiple shipping options at checkout.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50 within Ireland.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
6. Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships (if tracking is available for your chosen shipping method).
7. Missed Deliveries / Delivery Issues
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt a redelivery or leave a collection note. Please follow the instructions provided by the courier. We are not liable for lost packages if incorrect address details were provided.
8. International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes incurred in their country. Some supplements may be restricted or prohibited in specific jurisdictions-please check local regulations before ordering.
9. Returns Due to Delivery Failure
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to pay duties, we will refund the product cost minus shipping charges. Reshipping is available upon request at additional cost.
10. Delivery Confirmation
Orders are considered delivered when the tracking information indicates successful delivery. For some couriers, a signature or photo confirmation may be required.
11. Damaged or Lost Items
If you order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We may request photographs or additional information to process a claim.
